Daily Reading - Sharing the Load

Teamwork is the lesson for today. When working with your partner or others, remember to pull your share and move in the direction that is right for both of you and not just your own. At times it will be your turn to pull the load while your partner rests. If you find that this is difficult for you to do, take a break. Go outside and spend time in nature. Carry green moss agate to help you connect with Mother Earth. Put your hands in the soil and your bare feet in the grass. If you are unable to be outside in nature, try aromatherapy to refresh yourself. Remember, you do not have to be the one in control but, do your share.  It’s also important to allow others to take the lead and let you rest. Learning to work alongside of others, with need for submission nor to be in control can be very beneficial for the situation at hand. Teamwork allows for more creativity, understanding, and wisdom. Most of all it allows communication. There is a spiritual power guiding your partnership to benefit you both. 

 Embrace this lesson and allow it to guide you as you share the load.

Learning to work in tandem in your task at hand. You must learn to pull your share and further more to move in joint direction, not just your own. Allowing your partner to rest while you bear the load is part of your lesson. Possibly of even more importance at this time is learning when and how to allow your partner to carry the lead and bear the load for a period of time while you rest. Work side by side and in tandem with need for neither submission nor control. Allow the direction, pace, and mutual energy to emerge. 

There is a force guiding your partnership to the benefit of you both.
