The feeling of being emotional and out of balance today may be happening because not all things have been revealed to you yet. Embrace your emotions, eat a healthy diet and rest. Slow your pace and stop if necessary.  Allow all to reveal itself so that you may see the big picture. Only then will you be able to know what will be right for you at this juncture.
